Face-to-Face Reiki
£50
60 minute reiki session including time to explore where you are, any areas you would like me to focus on and to relax. Face to Face sessions are offered in Montpelier, Bristol and involve laying on a couch, fully clothed. Sessions can be facilitated hands on or hands off the body, whatever makes you feel the most safe and comfortable. Please bring with you anything you enjoy to help you relax, sessions are most effective when you are open to the experience.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy (In Training)
I am currently training until May 2026 in Cognitive Hypnotherapy with Quest Institute. As part of my course, I will be looking to build experience with clients offering free ‘in training’ sessions, please let me know if you would be interested in this.
